Lexie Seidel, Kindergarten Head Teacher

Lexie joins us as a Kindergarten head teacher. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Kenyon College and an M.S. in Elementary Education from Johns Hopkins University. Lexie brings seven years of experience in both charter and independent schools. Most recently, she was one of the lead second grade and third grade teachers at Waterside School. Prior to that, she served as a lead teacher for Kindergarten and first grade at Two Rivers Public Charter School in Washington, D.C. She has also served as assistant director at Camp Aloha in Vermont and as program director for Waterside School’s summer program. Outside of school, she enjoys needlepoint, reading, fishing, yoga, trying new restaurants, and taking walks with her dogs.
