Sophie Reisbord, Associate Teacher

RCS is delighted to welcome Sophie Reisbord as a first grade associate teacher, working alongside Katie Chambers. A native of Poughkeepsie, she is a recent graduate of Haverford College, where she earned her B.A. in English. During her time at Haverford, Sophie worked in the education department at WHYY, a leading public media organization in the Philadelphia region, contributing to the PBS Kids program Albie’s Elevator, and she also gained valuable classroom experience at the Early Childhood Center. She is eager to bring her passion for storytelling and creativity to the RCS community. In her free time, Sophie enjoys reading, going to the movies, and experiencing live music.
