RCS Welcomes Social Institute CEO Laura Tierney
The RCS Foundations of Education speaker series continued Wednesday, January 24, 2024 with Social Institute CEO Laura Tierney.
Tierney spent the day with RCS faculty and students to understand their personal experiences and empower their decision-making. That evening, parents and friends joined Tierney in the RCS Library and Media Center for an hour long workshop designed to help guide families in establishing a set of best practices, knowledge, and everyday tools to help students make high-character decisions and build emotional resilience to fuel health, happiness, and future success.
RCS FES lectures are free and open to the public. We have proudly hosted some renowned experts through the last decade including Rahel Bayar, Dr. Lisa Damour, Dr. Ned Hallowell, Jessica Lahey, Ron Lieber, Ashley Merryman, Dr. Kyle Pruett, Dr. Michael Thompson, and Peg Tyre.
