Acclaimed Director Sammi Cannold '09 Returns to Campus for Performing Arts Workshop

Broadway Director Sammi Cannold ’09. returned to RCS on Thursday, April 22, and Friday, April 23, to speak with students in Grades 6-8 about her work, provide theatrical perspective on their recent studies, and host an afterschool Performing Arts Workshop for interested students. In 2019, Sammi was named one of Forbes magazine’s 30 Under 30 in Hollywood & Entertainment. Some of her recent theater credits include Evita (New York City Center), Endlings (New York Theatre Workshop, A.R.T.), Ragtime on Ellis Island, Violet on a moving bus (A.R.T.), and Allegory (La Jolla Playhouse WOW).
