Against the Odds

The students have been reading a variety of books featuring "Against the Odds" characters – characters who have faced any number of challenges in their lives, as many of the clients who work with Endeavor face. The Endeavor staff came to campus a few weeks before the trip to talk about the work they do and how they use the horses to support their clients on the 50-acre farm.

 

“The students absolutely loved the visit,” fourth grade teacher Emily Hyland said. “They worked hands-on with the horses.”
