Lower Campus Inaugural Art Show a Huge Success!

Lower Campus art teachers Jade Giorgi and Sara Malekzadeh turned the Wood Gym into a real art space and, as they explained, “We appreciate the students’ art so much. We have their art hanging in the school, all through the hallways -- but it’s different to have it all displayed like this.”

Young students proudly entered the gym and directed parents and friends to their art pieces, delighted to share what they had created. Parents said it was wonderful to be able to wander throughout the gallery on a sunny afternoon, enjoying art while catching up with friends and teachers. Everyone agreed that it was an overwhelming success.

“Let’s make this a new tradition!” Head of Lower Campus Penny Jennings exclaimed at the end of the show. Indeed!
